Dear Friend:

Have you been feeling like everything is coming against you lately?  Have you lost your job?  Are you hit by the struggling economy?  Does life feel overwhelming at times?

If these thoughts have come to your mind, you're in good company.  Jesus was so overwhelmed before going to the cross that his blood began to drop like sweat.  At one point, Paul described his life, "We are hard pressed on every side, yet not crushed; we are perplexed, but not in despair; persecuted, but not destroyed."  2 Cor. 4:8-9.

Friend no matter what you're going through, know, that God will never leave you.  He is your source of everything.  People you read about here, have a fraction of what you have but they're strong in their faith.  Put your hope in God, reach out to others and you'll find God's direction in your life like never before.

Thank  you for your fervent prayers.  The leadership conference was a great blessing to many pastors.  We had organized for only 125 key leaders but 250 showed up.  Many pastors walked for days and took 22-hr. bus rides to get to the conference.  Due to the faithfulness of these leaders, the church has grown to over 500,000 strong. More
